Cancellation policy

This policy applies to all pre-order and deferred purchase products sold in The Embedded Rustacean Store, including uFerris hardware boards.

Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel any pre-order purchase at any time before we notify you that your order has shipped. To request a cancellation, email us at hi@theembeddedrustacean.com with your order number. We will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Digital Products Received as Part of a Bundle

If your order included a digital product (eBook) received as a promotional discount bundled with a hardware pre-order, please note the following upon cancellation of the hardware order:

• You may retain the digital product you have already downloaded.
• Access to future updates of that digital product will no longer be provided.
• The full hardware amount will be refunded with no deduction for the digital product.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.
