Our Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.
Hardware (uFerris Boards)
- Before shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before we notify you that your order has shipped. Contact us at hi@theembeddedrustacean.com.
- After shipment: Hardware returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Damaged on arrival: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Apparel & Stickers (Print-on-Demand)
All apparel and sticker products are made to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to wrong size, color, or change of mind.
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or full refund.
- No return shipment required: Defective merch claims are handled through photos — you do not need to ship anything back.
Digital Products (Books)
All digital products (eBooks, PDFs) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hi@theembeddedrustacean.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We typically respond within 2 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
