Our Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.
Pre-Order Hardware (uFerris Boards)
All hardware products are sold as pre-orders and are manufactured to order.
- Before shipment: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before we notify you that your order has shipped. Contact us at hi@theembeddedrustacean.com.
- After shipment: Once shipped, hardware returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Damaged on arrival: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Digital Products (Books)
All digital products (eBooks, PDFs) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hi@theembeddedrustacean.com with your order number and reason. We typically respond within 2 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
